Since June 2022, we have opened our doors to the public for the first time in history, actively employing local residents and adding a fundamental piece into the recovery operation of the Rione Sanità. Yet, to protect our heritage, both tangible and intangible, strict visitor guidelines are imperative.

Our mission: to preserve and restore our site with the involvement of local residents from the neighbourhood and offering them job opportunities. L’art. 83 del D.Lgs. n. 117/2017 (cd. Codice del Terzo Settore), prevede le agevolazioni di seguito brevemente riepilogate:
Donatori Persone Fisiche:
1. detraibilità dall’imposta lorda di un importo pari al 30% delle erogazioni liberali in denaro o in natura per un ammontare complessivo annuo non superiore a Euro 30.000.
2. deducibilità delle erogazioni liberali in denaro o in natura dal reddito complessivo netto del soggetto erogatore nel limite del 10% del reddito complessivo dichiarato. Se la deduzione è superiore al reddito complessivo dichiarato, diminuito di tutte le deduzioni, l’eccedenza può essere computata in aumento delle deduzioni riconosciute nei periodi di imposta successivi, ma non oltre il quarto.
Donatori Enti e Società:
1. deducibilità delle erogazioni liberali in denaro o in natura dal reddito complessivo netto del soggetto erogatore nel limite del 10% del reddito complessivo dichiarato. Se la deduzione è superiore al reddito complessivo dichiarato, diminuito di tutte le deduzioni, l’eccedenza può essere computata in aumento delle deduzioni riconosciute nei periodi di imposta successivi, ma non oltre il quarto.
Il decreto del Ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali del 28/11/2019, individua le erogazioni liberali in natura che danno diritto alle detrazioni/deduzione sopra evidenziate e stabilisce i criteri e le modalità di valorizzazione dei beni che possono formare oggetto di tali erogazioni.
